In this role, you'll manage employee lifecycle administration, support payroll processes, maintain accurate employee records, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple jurisdictions.ResponsibilitiesManage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding across the GroupMaintain accurate employee records in HiBob and internal HR systemsPrepare employment contracts, NDAs, GDPR documentation, and equipment liability agreementsPrepare monthly payroll inputs, including time-off reports and employee updates, for external payroll providersReview payroll reports and payslips, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely paymentsCoordinate employee benefits admin
