The business processes billions of daily transactions across mobile advertising, user acquisition and monetization, serving thousands of app developers worldwide. Following continued growth, the company is looking to appoint a senior technology executive to lead the next phase of platform innovation, data strategy and engineering excellence.

The Opportunity
This executive will own the technology and data vision for a large-scale mobile growth platform, spanning advertising exchange technology, ad mediation, machine learning, data science and user acquisition products.
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team,



you will lead a highly experienced technology organization of approximately 130 engineers and data specialists across multiple European locations.
This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical understanding and will play a key role in defining the company’s future platform capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology and data strategy.
- Lead Engineering, Data Science and Technical Leadership teams.
- Drive innovation across machine learning, advertising technology and large-scale distributed systems.
- Partner closely with Product and Commercial leaders to translate business strategy into platform capabilities.
- Scale engineering processes, organizational design and technical execution.
- Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation, quality and delivery.
- Guide architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure, AI, data platforms and advertising technologies.
- Build and develop world-class technology leadership.
