tools and consumablesManaging goods in / goods out processes to ensure accurate stock movementsMaintaining accurate inventory records across internal systems and spreadsheetsSupporting stock counts, audits and reconciliation activitiesHighlighting low stock levels, shortages or discrepanciesMaintaining clean, organised and safe lab and storage areasSupporting tool tracking and shared equipment availabilityAssisting engineering teams in locating materials and equipmentCoordinating inbound and outbound shipments of satellite hardware and equipmentLiaising with freight forwarders and couriers to book shipments and track deliveriesPreparing shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills)Coordinating with internal teams to align shipments with production schedulesSupporting logistics cost tracking and invoice processingWhat You’ll bringUnderstanding of inventory control, goods handlin
