APP Group is looking for a Senior Tissue Technical Manager to lead the research, development and optimisation of tissue products for the European market. The role works across R&D;, mills, customers and commercial teams to develop competitive products, improve product and manufacturing performance, ensure European compliance and support the growth of APP's European Tissue business.Key Responsibilities:1. Product Research & Development : Lead the development and improvement of tissue products, including product specifications, testing, benchmarking and innovation, to meet European customer and market requirements.2. European Standards & Compliance : Ensure products meet relevant European regulations, certifications, quality standards and customer requirements, while monitoring changes in regulatory, industry and sustainability requirements.3. Technical Support & Product Optimisation : Work with APP mills to improve product performance, quality, machine capability and production efficiency, including technical problem-solving, root-cause analysis and optimisation initiatives.4.



Customer & Cross-functional Support: Work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, mills and customers on product requirements, customer trials, technical discussions, product evaluations and complaint resolution.5. Business Growth Support : Develop technical solutions, value-added products and product roadmaps that support the growth and competitiveness of APP's European Tissue business.6. Management & Technical Reporting : Provide management with product performance analysis, technical reports and recommendations relating to product development, improvement and technical investment.What We Are Looking For:10+ years of relevant technical experience in tissue manufacturing, product development, R&D;, technical service, quality management or a related field. We will also consider senior technical professionals from machinery, equipment, chemical or technology companies supplying products or solutions
