Your Responsibilities

Support the restaurant team with the preparation and organization of service.
Welcome and attend to guests and customers with courtesy, professionalism, and warmth.
Prepare tables and service areas according to fine-dining standards.
Assist the waiter/waitress throughout the service, ensuring that all necessary items are available at all times.
Serve food and beverages according to established quality, presentation, and service standards.
Assist with the delivery and presentation of dishes and ensure the smooth running of each course.
Gradually develop knowledge of the restaurant's gastronomic offering, products, ingredients, and preparations.
