Amentum is seeking a Galley Supervisor to support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The Galley Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily food service operations within contracted Dining Facility environments. This position provides leadership, supervision, technical guidance, training, and quality assurance to food service personnel while ensuring all meals and services are delivered according to contract requirements, military standards, food safety regulations, and established quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily oversight and management of all DFAC food service operations, including food preparation, meal service, sanitation, and facility operations.
- Supervise and coordinate staffing, scheduling, and execution, of daily requirements.
- Oversee preparation of large volume meals using various cooking methods while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Ensure all food service operations are conducted in accordance with contract requirements, technical manuals, and applicable food service standards.




- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with established performance, safety, and quality expectations.
- Provide leadership and operational support to ensure successful DFAC mission execution.
- Ensure meals are prepared in accordance with applicable nutrition and health promotion standards, including:
