THE ROLE

The Senior Technical Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding and optimizing the technical performance of WiseEnergy's integral solar PV portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring high levels of asset availability and strong performance ratios across all sites, while proactively identifying and resolving technical issues that may impact operations. Acting as a key technical reference, the role bridges operational performance with strategic objectives.

In close collaboration with O&M; contractors and internal stakeholders, the Senior Technical Analyst oversees technical operations, ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and serves as the primary technical interface with clients. Through effective coordination of site activities, reporting, and technical documentation, this role ensures the highest standards of operational excellence across the portfolio.

Beyond day-to-day operations, the role contributes to continuous improvement and long-term business success. By mentoring junior analysts, driving process optimization,



and strengthening technical capabilities within the team, the Senior Technical Analyst directly supports WiseEnergy's mission to maximize asset value and deliver reliable, sustainable energy solutions across the global renewable energy market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and analyse daily technical and operational performance of solar PV plants, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Detect, investigate, resolve, and prevent incidents to optimise plant availability and performance ratios.
- Support portfolio supervision and contribute to technical analysis and strategic decision-making alongside senior stakeholders.
- Manage O&M; contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and high service delivery standards.
