Eaton’s Mobility Groupis currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Managerto join our team in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.
The Continuous Improvement Managercoordinates and supports the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the entire plant. The role develops links between Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and business processes, plans and implements process and cost optimization programs, and ensures the standardization of plant processes as well as the sharing of best practices across other Eaton facilities.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the Continuous Improvement functionat the Bielsko-Biała plant, driving a culture of operational excellence and sustainable performance improvement.
- Manage and develop a team of Continuous Improvement Engineers, providing coaching, direction, and support to achieve plant objectives.
- Define and deploy the site's Continuous Improvement and Industry 4.0 strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals and Eaton's operational excellence roadmap.
- Drive the implementation and continuous development of Eaton Business System(EBS), Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS), and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) across the plant.
- Lead digitalization initiatives, including data-driven decision making, Power BI adoption, paperless processes, automation projects, and smart manufacturing solutions.
- Identify and deliver improvement opportunitiesthat enhance safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
