Your role

The Housekeeping Attendant (Sick Leave Cover) is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of assigned guest rooms and public areas, consistently meeting the quality, brand, and guest experience standards established by the company.

What you will do:
- Perform the daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Prepare and service guest rooms for new arrivals, ensuring an impeccable presentation and readiness at all times
- Replenish bed linens, towels, guest amenities, and other required supplies
- Inspect the general condition of rooms and facilities, reporting any maintenance issues, damages,



or operational concerns promptly
- Handle cleaning products, equipment, and materials responsibly, following all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Comply with company policies regarding occupational health and safety, environmental sustainability, and operational procedures
- Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Maintain a professional, discreet, and detail-oriented approach in all interactions and duties
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities consistent with the position, professional level, and area of expertise as assigned by Management
- Provide adaptable support in response to new operational, strategic, or organizational needs that may arise within the hotel or group
- Actively contribute to the evolution and success of the project, adapting to the changes associated with pre-opening, growth, and cons
