Amentum, a integral leader in advanced engineering, technical, and professional services serving the US government, allies, and critical infrastructure sectors, is seeking a BOSC Front Desk Clerk to support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The BOSC Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for answering phone calls and taking messages, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, scheduling EH&S; activities, planning and coordinating team building events, and providing administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and accurately record and relay messages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and related information.
- Manage stakeholder calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Prepare, capture, and distribute meeting minutes and action items to appropriate personnel.
- Submit, track, and maintain work orders, requests, and other documentation.




- Dispatch facilities technicians in response to maintenance requests and operational needs.
- Coordinate with operations personnel to manage uniforms, lockers, and equipment inventory.
- Plan and coordinante team building activities and employee engagement events.
- Schedule and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S;) activities and related initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to executive staff, including office management and coordination responsibilities.
- Maintain and update personnel records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Support assigned projects by conducting research, preparing reports, developing charts, and creating presentation materials.
- Perform other duties, special projects, and administrative tasks as assigned to support operations and organizational goals.
