Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
- Automate routine reporting processes where possible.
- Document analytical processes and maintain data reporting standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL,



and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is considered an asset.
