We are looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to join an international team working with business clients across the Dutch market.

Location: Barcelona, Spain - hybrid
Salary: €23,876 gross per year plus up to €3,408 gross per year in bonus
Working hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Relocation: Flight, four weeks’ accommodation and a €600 relocation bonus

The role

As a Dutch-Speaking Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of new business clients and help them get the most from a range of digital solutions.

You will contact potential clients, learn about their business objectives and recommend solutions that support their growth. This is a target-driven position that combines outbound calling, relationship management and consultative sales.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential business clients in the Dutch market




- Building relationships with decision-makers and business owners
- Understanding each client’s goals, challenges and growth potential
- Recommending relevant digital solutions based on their needs
- Onboarding new clients and supporting them during the early stages of the relationship
- Identifying opportunities to increase engagement and account value
- Encouraging clients to adopt additional products or services where appropriate
- Managing a high volume of outbound calls and client interactions
- Maintaining accurate customer and activity records in the CRM system
- Working towards individual sales, activity and account-development targets
- Monitoring market developments and competitor activity
