As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Treasury Manager (M/F/d) to join our Concrete Towers team, performing the following tasks:
MISSION:
- Ensure effective treasury management and liquidity planning to support business operations
- Monitor cash flow performance and identify potential liquidity risks
- Contribute to the company's financial stability through accurate forecasting and working capital optimization
- Support financial planning processes and provide reliable information for business decision-making

TASKS:
- Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly treasury forecasts (cash flow forecasts)
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity levels across the business
- Identify liquidity risks and propose corrective actions to mitigate potential impacts
- Optimize working capital through the monitoring and management of receivables, payables, and inventories
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and short
- and long-term financial plans
- Collaborate closely with Finance and other business departments to improve treasury and cash management processes




- Support management reporting and financial analyses related to cash and liquidity performance

YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Treasury, Finance, or a similar role
- SAP knowledge is required
- English level C1 or higher
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Availability to travel when required
