The successful Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will be fully remote, based in Spain, while actively expanding the brand's presence, managing key accounts plus developing new business opportunities for compressed air systems and solutions across the Spanish markets.

The Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have compressed air sales experience with a desire to progress within a general brand. Full product training provided.

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Role
- Own the compressed air market in Spain, promoting our full portfolio of compressed air compressors, dryers, blowers, and related systems.




- Build strong compressed air partnerships primarily through distributors' networks, as well as End Users to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed compressed air sales targets, driving measurable revenue growth across your territory.
- Provide hands-on compressed air training and guidance to dealer and partner teams, boosting technical knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, technical, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of compressed air projects and exceptional partner satisfaction.

- Proven compressed air sales experience, in compressors, vacuum systems, gas systems or other industrial compressed air markets.
- Strong technical insight in compressed air, with mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering knowledge to engage confidently with decision-makers.
