The Role:
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Operations team, taking ownership of process improvement, tooling design, and industrial equipment acquisition at our Sant Boi plant.





This role sits at the heart of our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to drive efficiency, implement Lean methodologies, and ensure we have the right tooling, fixtures, and equipment to scale at pace.

- What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, 3D models and drawings of assembly and control fixtures.
- Manage and optimise production processes across the plant.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity, developing proposals and feasibility studies.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the acquisition of industrial equipment and machinery: sourcing, technical evaluation, and supplier negotiation.- Coordinate
