The Journey- Code Quality:Write clean, readable, and tested code covered by automated tests that follow common software engineering practices.
- Architecture Awareness:Seek to understand the design of services owned by your team, including internal structures, data layers, and dependencies.
- Collaboration:Get your designs and code reviewed to grow your skills while troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
What You Bring to the Ride ️
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Foundation:Good knowledge of foundational software engineering and data structures.
