Amentum is seeking a Visual/Photographic Services Supervisor to support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The Visual/Photographic Services Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing photography, videography, visual documentation and multimedia support activities. This position provides high quality visual products that support operational, training, and mission requirements while ensuring all imagery and digital assets meet technical, security, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of visual media, photographic services, and multimedia support activities.
- Supervise and coordinate staff responsible for photography, videography, editing, archiving, and media distribution.
- Coordinate and schedule photographic assignments to ensure timely coverage of official events, training, documentation, and mission support activities.
- Ensure imagery complies with technical standards, security requirements, and applicable organizational guidelines.
- Maintain and manage photographic equipment, lighting systems, digital storage,



and media workstations.
- Oversee cataloging, meta data tagging, organization, and secure archiving to digital assets.
- Conduct quality control of imagery to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with operational requirements.
- Provide leadership and support for visual documentation requests, briefings, and multimedia products.
- Prepare reports, logs, and other documentation related to visual media service operations.
- Supervise photographers, videographers, and multimedia personnel as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal tems and stakeholders to identify visual communication and documentation needs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in photography, visual media production, multimedia
