Job responsabilities: * Product Planning leader for Sinks category, as well as related satellite products * New product development project management * Product portfolio rationalization and optimization. Ensuring that sales branches have products and ranges suitable for the market * Definition of ranges and models to be included into technology and product roadmap * Proposing and developing new ideas for new products, features, and solutions for the category * Preparation of specifications and documentation for new products and product changes * Ensuring the corporate design of the product aligned with Design department * Trends follow up, as well as benchmarking competitors products and ranges * Driving make or buy process * Technical product training to sales force Qualification: * Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable engineering background * Knowledge of European market demands, product standards, or compliance requirements, and proficiency in English as a working language is preferred * Proved more than 10 years’ experience in the industry * Fluent English business * Excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, project promotion abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
