The Role As a Product Manager, you will lead a product team focused on solving complex challenges in global workforce enablement. You’ll work across engineering, design, data, and business functions to develop and execute solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and growth.

You will be responsible for ensuring that innovation aligns with real customer needs, business goals, and regulatory considerations, with a focus on delivering impact within a 3-6 month horizon.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

- Prioritize and execute product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes within 3-6 months.
