We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide L3 support and administration for enterprise database environments.
- Manage Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB and MariaDB platforms, ensuring availability and performance.
- Perform database installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations.
- Execute backup, recovery, patching and maintenance activities.
- Monitor database health, capacity and performance, implementing optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex database incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery and security compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security and service management teams following ITIL processes.

- 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB and MariaDB.
- Experience with database installation, configuration, monitoring, backup and recovery.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, capacity management and database optimization.
- Experience supporting high availability, replication and disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with security, compliance and database governance best practices.
- Experience working within ITIL-based support environments.
- Professional level of English.
- Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
- Office attendance: 3 days per week
- Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
