We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Deck Rating of the Watch to join a 37m Heesen operating a busy dual-season charter program.

Requirements
- Valid STCW II/4 or II/5
- Valid ENG1
- Previous yachting experience preferred
- Strong deck skills and watchkeeping ability
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
