The role focuses on global legal spend management, outside counsel management, litigation and investigations tracking, legal process automation, and the development of internal tools and knowledge platforms.

The Global Legal Operations Specialist is responsible for providing the operational foundation of the global Legal function. The role focuses on global legal spend management, outside counsel management, litigation and investigations tracking, legal process automation, and the development of internal tools and knowledge platforms. This position combines operations, data analytics, technology, and project management to drive scalability, transparency, and efficiency across commercial, corporate, employment, and litigation matters globally.

What You Will Do

Global Legal Spend & Outside Counsel Management
- Monitor, track, and analyzeglobal legal spend, including budgets, forecasts, and variances.




- Own thelegal invoice intake, approval, and processing workflow, in close collaboration with Finance (e.g., SAP or similar systems).
- Develop and maintainreports, dashboards, and KPIs(e.g., spend by region/practice, cost per matter, law firm performance).
- Build and manage strategicrelationships with external law firms, including panel management, fee arrangements, and performance reviews.

Litigation and Claims
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve acentralized integral database for litigation and claims.
- Track matter status, key milestones, risks, reserves, and external counsel costs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on reporting, documentation, and process consistency.
- Support e-discovery, document management, and litigation-related workflows as required.
