Position Summary

We are seeking a Technology Transformation & AI Specialist to join our Tech Team. This role is adecuado for an experienced professional with a strong interest in technology-enabled transformation, AI, automation, and business process simplification.

As a Technology Transformation & AI Specialist, you will contribute to initiatives that simplify the way we work through an "AI First" mindset, improving business processes and supporting the design and implementation of scalable technology solutions. You will help embed simplification as a core transformation principle by identifying where AI, automation, and technology can remove friction, reduce complexity, and create more efficient ways of working. Working closely with business stakeholders, Business & Process Transformation team, compliance partners, external vendors, and process simplification teams, you will help translate mapped business opportunities into practical, compliant, and scalable technology solutions.

This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen,



structured problem solving, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will help translate business needs and mapped process opportunities into clear requirements, support solution technology design, document methodologies, and contribute to transformation initiatives that simplify ways of working and create measurable business value.

Our Tech Team is focused on enabling smarter, simpler, and more effective ways of working through an "AI First" approach that combines technology, automation, data, and AI. In line with GSK's simplification agenda and the ambition to "simplify the way we work," we collaborate closely with business process simplification teams and process owners who help surface, map, and challenge current ways of working.
