Palletways Group Ltd is seeking an International Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service / Logistics team in a remote/hybrid capacity in Madrid, Spain. You will be the main point of contact for our international customers across Europe and will coordinate palletized freight consignments from start to finish.
Idóneo candidates bring experience in customer service or logistics, strong communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus.
