Задачи:
- Act as the primary financial counterpart to the Head of IT for Germany and the Regional Head of Finance, jointly steering financial topics, preparing governance meetings, and providing financial analysis for business decisions
- Own end-to-end financial performance for the Allianz Germany customer scope, including planning, forecasting, actuals, closing, and variance analysis across a total cost budget of over 2 billion EUR
- Collaborate with Finance teams in central functions such as Infrastructure and Applications to manage Germany Branch financials end to end
- Serve as the senior finance interface to Allianz Germany, representing Allianz Technology's financial position and ensuring transparency on IT costs and charges
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of 6 FTEs,



ensuring strong delivery, quality, and professional growth
- Drive annual planning and forecasting cycles, including consolidation, challenge, and sign-off of financial targets
- Provide financial advisory on business cases, investment decisions, and structural topics
- Act as a functional approver for finance processes within the Germany scope
- Champion AI, including Claude, and modern tools to improve financial process efficiency
- Continuously identify ways to simplify and improve team workflows

- At least 13 years of experience in financial controlling, finance management, or a related senior finance role
