Yuma AI is seeking a hands-on Customer Success/Account Manager in Barcelona to own a portfolio of 20 to 30 French e-commerce brands using our AI agents for customer support.
You’ll build automations with merchants, push automation rates, and continuously test and refine prompts. You’ll diagnose issues, work directly with engineers, and handle renewals and upsells, with equity and health coverage offered.
