How You'll Impact.

Functional guidance and accounting operations. You provide functional guidance and coaching to a small team within Accounting Operations, setting clear priorities and quality standards, and you manage and continuously enhance our accounting processes within the existing ERP environment.

Audit steering and financial statements.



You set and ensure consistent quality standards for the preparation of financial statements and steer audits across all Inverto entities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Process improvement and automation. You drive continuous improvement of our Record-to-Report processes, including their standardization and harmonization, and you identify and implement AI-based solutions and automation initiatives to make the Accounting team more efficient.

Closing, reporting and BCG alignment. You review and quality-assure monthly and quarterly closings, ensure GAAP alignment with BCG, and support the onboarding of the team into new processes and GAAP requirements.

What You'll Bring.
