About the role
Following our continued growth across the US and Europe, we are seeking a Business Performance Lead to join our Business Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence.
As the core engine behind our data architecture, BI infrastructure, and performance analytics, you'll sit at the intersection of business strategy,



data engineering, and operational execution. Your mandate is to translate complex operational data into actionable business intelligence, building high-leverage data pipelines, executive dashboards, and analytics frameworks that give leadership real-time, data-driven visibility as we scale globally.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how the company measures, reports on, and acts on its own performance, working directly with executive leadership across our integral hubs.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a BizOps or Business Performance professional with a measurement-first mindset, someone who sets clear baselines, maps value streams, and defines metrics before jumping to solutions.
