team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. Six months ago, we started building this small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results. Now, after six months in the market with the first squad,



we are growing from 1 to 3 squads to deliver a complete Hub experience.

Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product end-to-end for one of the Hub squads. You will define scope, prioritise work, and drive product decisions from problem framing through delivery and iteration.

You will act as the product lead for your squad: shaping what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured. You will represent the squad in cross-squad coordination, manage dependencies, and ensure the team stays focused on the highest-value work.

This is a senior individual contributor role, not a people management role. We are looking for someone with strong product judgment, high agency, and the confidence to make decisions without excessive escalation.

Responsibilities

Own product decisions for the squad’s current scope, with the authority and judgment to move work forward.
