Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert (AI Training) to author reasoning traces that teach LLMs how to reason step by step. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers versátil hours (10-40 per week) and the opportunity to influence next-generation AI training data.
You will design and document high-fidelity traces, decompose real-world problems, and contribute to data strategies for multi-step decision-making. Independent, asynchronous work is expected.
