This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving profitability, and consistently upholding the brand's high standards.Candidate Profile:Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a high-end restaurant concepts.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L; oversight, and data-driven decision-making.Legally authorized to work in Spain.Previous experience in Greek dining concepts will be considered a strong advantage.Experience leading large teams in high volume restaurant operations.Deep industry insight into culinary trends, hospitality innovations,
