Mphasis is seeking a Principal Product Manager with 9-12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS and strong SFDC product expertise to own the full E2E CRM roadmap. You will define platform strategy, align cross-functional teams, and govern delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related modules.
You will partner with executives and PMs to translate business goals into scalable CRM solutions, balance priorities, and drive value realization through cross-org initiatives and MVPs.
