Your Mission

The HR Generalist is responsible for day‑to‑day HR operations in Spain and Iberia, with a focus on compliance, talent acquisition and HR administration, supporting business growth while ensuring alignment with local labour legislation and BYD general policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

HR & Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure HR processes comply with Spanish labour law, internal policies and GDPR,



maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Monitor changes in labour legislation and support the adaptation of contracts, policies and HR templates.
- Support internal and external audits, maintain HR documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of HR procedures.
- Ensure all HR actions (hiring, terminations, disciplinary processes) follow legal requirements and BYD standards.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define headcount needs, role profiles and selection criteria for Iberia positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, feedback and offer coordination.
- Manage recruitment channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
