What you’ll be doing (and who with)

The Partnerships team , composed of 4 people, is responsible for managing our key Marketplace partners. They collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product, R&D;, and other teams to reach our targets.

How you’ll make an impact:
Administrative & Analytical Support
- Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Track key metrics, campaigns, and departmental initiatives.
- Organize and maintain partner-related information and documentation.




- Support the preparation of business reports and presentations.

Communication & Coordination
- Support communication with partners and internal teams.
- Help prepare presentations, documents, and materials for partner meetings.
- Coordinate and follow up on actions across different Avantio teams.
- Support the day-to-day communication and organization of the Partnerships department.

Project & Partnership Management
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects.
- Assist with initiatives focused on partner growth and expansion.
- Contribute to projects across national and international markets.
- Support the identification and follow-up of new partnership opportunities.
- Help monitor the progress and performance of existing partnerships.

International Exposure
- Work with partners and teams across different countries and markets.
- Gain insight into the Travel Te
