About the role:
This is not a traditional EA role. You won't just manage a calendar and field emails, you'll be the right hand to our two founders, Josh and Vanja, and effectively manage them: keeping them on schedule, prepared, and on top of every commitment, and removing friction from both their professional and personal lives.
We're Movesmethod, a fast-scaling movement and media brand. Our founders move fast,



build in public and travel constantly. They aren't natural delegators, so the right person doesn't wait to be told what to do. You learn their patterns, anticipate what's coming, and step in to bring order to the day, whether you're asked or not.
When you're doing it well, they never have to think about logistics. They just move faster.

What you'll own:
1. Calendars & communications
Own both founders' calendars: schedule and juggle meetings, calls and shoots across timezones, and protect their focus time.
Run the inbox: triage, flag what matters, draft replies on their behalf, and keep them on top of everything.
Be a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact, handling sensitive comms with discretion.
2. Travel & logistics
Coordinate complex travel worldwide: flights, hotels, itineraries and on-the-ground plans for shoots, events and retreats.
