We currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our Commercial Sales team. Reporting to the National Business Manager – Woolworths, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, profitability, market share and distribution across one of Bulla’s most important customer relationships.

Working closely with Woolworths, you’ll identify opportunities, develop strong commercial plans and negotiate outcomes that create value for both the customer and Bulla. You’ll bring together customer insights, market data and commercial acumen to shape promotional programs, trade investment, forecasting, ranging and category reviews.





You’ll also have an important role across both Bulla’s branded portfolio and private label, leading tender opportunities and collaborating with teams across the business to deliver commercially sustainable outcomes.

What’s the Scoop?
- Own and grow the Woolworths customer relationship, building strong, mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.
- Develop and execute account strategies that deliver volume, sales, margin, distribution and market share targets.
- Analyse customer, category and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and support commercial negotiations.
- Lead promotional planning, trade spend management and account-specific initiatives.
- Manage ranging, new product launches, distribution and planogram opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling business and category reviews.
- Manage private label tenders and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop winning submissions.
