Responsible for ensuring VBI is delivering on all of its contractual obligations on these accounts, and for delivering incremental value for these customers and for VBI.## About this RoleKey responsibilities and decision ownership:* Responsible for execution of all of VBI’s commercial contractual obligations over the life of the contract* Seen by customer and VBI leadership as trusted advisor to key stakeholders.* Facilitation/Co-ordination of commercial contract governance boards (as required)* Support the production of internal executive briefings on commercial performance of managed accounts and implement recommendations to grow value in accounts and differentiate VBI from competition.* Support senior stakeholders in case of potential or presente escalation (management briefings, presentation, costs analysis, options / recommendations)* Collaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Legal, Solution, and OpCos’ organisations to maximise profitability of the managed accounts## What you’ll doCore competencies, knowledge and experience:* Excellent relationship builder, with the necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers, account and senior Sales managers* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at a senior level with customers and internally* Experience of developing and negotiating compelling commercial propositions and/or managing complex telco/outsource contracts* Demonstrable knowledge of Commercial Contractual issues and their impact* Skilled in using Microsoft 365 and AI to create personal tools and collaborate on team tool development* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and delivering
