Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the growth strategy for TD SYNNEX's European Compute u0026amp; AI business in collaboration with HPE, translating market insights into actionable plans. You shape cross-functional go-to-market programs, govern execution, and drive performance with vendors and regional teams. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders to expand market share and share of wallet while aligning with TD SYNNEX and HPE priorities. This role offers the chance to steer transformative initiatives at scale within a dynamic, partner-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute the strategic plan to grow TD SYNNEX's share of wallet and market share across HPE Compute u0026 AI
• Establish governance and cadence to measure and drive growth within TD SYNNEX and with vendor HPE
• Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution; lead monthly business reviews and input to executive quarterly reviews
• Act as SME in technology distribution and hardware/software life cycle services
• Identify market growth opportunities aligned to HPE Compute,



AI Nvidia DL GPU, Security Ops Management, Life Cycle Services; formalize business plans
• Lead programs in SBP and Smartchoice across Compute u0026 AI; onboard HPE Juniper portfolio
• Align with TDS Destination AI Program; partner with executive stakeholders across HPE and TD SYNNEX at country, EMEA and worldwide levels
• Support marketing plans in partnership with Marketing Manager; contribute to forecasting, planning and performance management
• Travel to key vendor events and Europe-based meetings with HPE; provide input on purchasing, sales and pricing policies
• Establish governance, cadence and operating discipline for the EMEA business; support international deals as needed
• Collaborate with countries one-to-one to drive business development, enablement, execution and performance improvement
