Project ManagerLocation: Martos, Jaén, SpainWork model: Onsite, with the possibility of working remotely up to 2 days per week*About the CompanyOur client is a leading global automotive technology company with a strong presence in Martos, operating across international markets and developing innovative technologies and solutions for the automotive industry.The company offers the opportunity to work in a highly international and multidisciplinary environment, contributing to advanced R&D; and product development projects within a global organization.About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring the achievement of key objectives across quality, cost, profitability, delivery, and timelines.The role is responsible for ensuring effective project coordination and successful product launches in line with customer expectations, while managing cross-functional teams, resources, budgets, and project performance.Key Responsibilities* Manage assigned projects from both an operational and functional perspective.* Lead OEM/OES projects, including components and systems using established technologies.* Ensure project KPIs are achieved across profitability, quality, development costs, payback,
