Job Description

Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Vice President Sales & Revenue will be responsible for defining and executing the group's global commercial strategy across its hotel and resort portfolio.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability and building a scalable commercial platform to support significant future expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing the global Sales & Revenue strategy across all properties.
- Leading and scaling a centralized commercial organization to support portfolio growth.
- Driving revenue performance through effective sales, distribution and revenue optimization strategies.
- Overseeing all revenue-generating channels, including Global Sales, MICE, Leisure, Key Accounts, Consortia, Wholesalers, Bedbanks and OTA partnerships.
- Leading group-wide Revenue Management strategy, pricing, forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Owning the annual commercial planning, budgeting and forecasting process across the portfolio.
- Establishing commercial standards, KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
- Building strong relationships with strategic partners, travel networks and key industry stakeholders.
- Supporting commercial readiness for hotel openings, acquisitions and expansion initiatives.
- Providing executive leadership with market insights,



performance analysis and strategic recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

The idóneo candidate will be a highly commercial hospitality executive with extensive experience leading multi-property sales and revenue functions within luxury hospitality environments.

Requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Significant experience in senior commercial leadership roles within hotels, resorts or hospitality platforms.
- Proven track record of managing Sales, Revenue Management and Distribution strategies across multiple properties.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality channels including MICE, Leisure, Consortia, Key Accounts, Wholesale and OTA distribution.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market share and profitability.
- Experience building and scaling commercial organisations in high-growth environments.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and commercial performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), CRM platforms and commercial analytics.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are considered advantageous, specially Spanish
