As part of our growth, we are looking for a Logistics Data Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team, performing the following tasks:MISSION:Provide technical support and data-driven solutions to the Cost Analysis team, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of reporting tools and databasesSupport the Tender Management area by developing and maintaining analytical tools, reports, and data models for pricing and business opportunitiesDrive data quality, process automation, and business intelligence initiatives to enhance operational performance and decision-making across the logistics organizationTASKS:Develop, maintain, and improve KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platformsDesign, maintain, and optimize databases, data models, and automated reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and availabilityProvide technical and analytical support to Cost Analysis and Tender Management teams through data-driven insights and reporting solutionsAutomate manual tasks and workflows using SQL, Power Automate, Excel macros, and other digital tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational errorsAnalyze logistics, cost, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytical solutionsEnsure the integrity, consistency, and continuous enhancement of reporting databases, dashboards,
and data management processesSupport business projects and initiatives requiring advanced data analysis, reporting, and automation capabilitiesYOUR PROFILE:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field. For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role related to data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or logistics analyticsAdvanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft ExcelExperience in database management, data modeling, and process automationKnowledge of Power Automate, Excel macros, and other automation tools is highly valuedStrong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insightsExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with different departments and stakeholdersFluent English, both verbal and written, is mandatoryAvailability to travelYOUR BENEFITS:In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:*Some offers may vary by locationNordex se adhiere a una política de igualdad de oportunidades de empleo.
