Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and drive strategic DevOps initiatives, building robust end-to-end lifecycle processes and custom tooling. You’ll lead infrastructure as code, security, monitoring, and orchestration work to improve reliability for large workloads. You’ll mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to align with Roche’s mission of accessible healthcare. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape scalable platform services and developer experience.

• Develop internal tooling and self-service abstractions to ease service consumption
• Manage infrastructure with IaC and implement strong security and monitoring

Responsabilidades
• Production experience with large workloads and complex workflow orchestrations
• Proven track record mentoring junior engineers
• Experience identifying and addressing gaps in Agile and DevOps practices at company level
• Knowledge of stateful workflow orchestration engines (Temporal.io or Cadence)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Ruby, Rust, JavaScript)
• Strong IaC skills (Terraform, Ansible, CDK) and Docker expertise
• Experience with Git-based version control and automated pipelines
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Gitlab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, Elastic Stack, Grafana, Jaeger)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian, SUSE, RHEL) preferred
