Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions. Design, configure and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality. Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow. Build Proofs of Concept and test new ideas quickly.



Support integrations with SAP, ERP and other systems. Support CRM rollouts, enhancements and continuous improvement across European businesses. Work on data migration, data quality and validation activities. Support testing, releases and user adoption. Experiment with AI-assisted development and agentic approaches to improve speed, quality and productivity. 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience. ~ Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. ~ Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills. ~ Aura and/or Lightning Web Components ~ Salesforce Flow ~ Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data and security model. ~ Experience with APIs and system integrations, ideally including SAP or ERP systems. ~ Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD and release-management processes. ~ Excellent English communication skills. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform Developer I/II. Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce. Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar development tools. Experience with Azure DevOps. Programming experience in Java, JavaScript or similar. You will work close to the business, take ownership of solutions and combine Salesforce, business analysis and AI experimentation in a practical environment.
