This is an exciting opportunity to join an international team and play a key role in arranging medical repatriations and travel solutions for customers worldwide.In this role, you will work closely with Assistance Coordinators, medical providers, airlines, and travel partners to coordinate medical repatriations, air ambulance transports, assisted travel, and complex travel itineraries.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all types of cases, ranging from simple to highly complexCoordinate medical transport cases and repatriations, including air ambulance transportsArrange flights and manage complex travel itinerariesHandle ticketing related to medical transports and assisted travel requests, including WCHR, stretcher cases, and other special service requestsCoordinate with airlines, travel partners, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholdersProvide support, guidance, and knowledge sharing to colleaguesEnsure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective travel arrangementsFollow operational procedures, quality standards, and internal guidelinesWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 2-3 years of experience within a travel agency, airline, travel assistance company,
