As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Treasury Manager (m/f/d) to join our Concrete Towers team, performing the following tasks:MISSION:Ensure effective treasury management and liquidity planning to support business operationsMonitor cash flow performance and identify potential liquidity risksContribute to the company's financial stability through accurate forecasting and working capital optimizationSupport financial planning processes and provide reliable information for business decision-makingTASKS:Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly treasury forecasts (cash flow forecasts)Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity levels across the businessIdentify liquidity risks and propose corrective actions to mitigate potential impactsOptimize working capital through the monitoring and management of receivables, payables, and inventoriesPrepare budgets, forecasts, and short- and long-term financial plansCollaborate closely with Finance and other business departments to improve treasury and cash management processesSupport management reporting and financial analyses related to cash and liquidity performanceYOUR PROFILE:Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 6 years of professional experience in Treasury, Finance, or a similar roleSAP knowledge is requiredEnglish level C1 or higherStrong analytical, planning,
