If so, please read on...The Company:A well-structure & ambitious European IPP, who have strong institutional investment, 500MW+ of assets in operation, 5GW+ of secured wind, solar, and BESS pipeline across Europe, and an 7GW+ operating target for 2030.They will primarily utilise an acquisition strategy of late stage or operating assets or existing platforms.The RoleEuropean Head of M&A; to lead the acquisitions and divestment across all their 5 current countries, plus new market entrance. This role could be located in any of the following countries (Spain, Germany, Italy, UK).This will be a highly influential role, reporting directly to the CEO with strong access to the senior executive team and the major investor.
