Baobab Collection is a Belgian luxury home fragrance brand, renowned for its scented candles and decorative objects combining craftsmanship, design and fragrance. Our creations bring together exceptional savoir-faire, from hand-blown glass to precious metal screen-printing.

As part of a maternity leave cover, we are looking for a Freelance Digital Content Creator to support our digital content from mid-September until the end of January, for approximately two days per week.

The role

Working closely with our Brand Creative Director, responsible for product creation, artistic vision, campaigns and shootings, and our Head of Ecommerce & Digital, you will bring Baobab Collection’s creative universe to life across our digital channels.

Your main mission will be to create, adapt and plan engaging digital content.

This is a very hands-on role: you will create a significant part of the content yourself — including low-fi content, AI-assisted creation and video editing — while coordinating agencies and external partners for more complex assets such as 3D and motion design.

Your work will focus on three key channels:

Instagram — Manage the account on a day-to-day basis: editorial planning, asset selection and adaptation, copywriting, and the creation of social-first variations of photos and videos produced by the Creative team.

TikTok — Launch and develop Baobab Collection’s TikTok presence. You will create,



film and edit content yourself when relevant, and collaborate with agencies, creators and influencers for other formats. You understand TikTok culture, trends and content mechanics and know how to translate them into a luxury brand environment.

Paid media & e-commerce — Create and adapt digital assets for paid campaigns and our e-commerce platform, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.

Your profile

- You have a strong aesthetic eye and understand the visual codes of luxury, design and craftsmanship.
- You are a content creator at heart: you are comfortable producing content yourself, quickly and creatively, including with low-fi formats and AI tools.
- You are a true digital native, with a strong understanding of social media — particularly TikTok.
- You know the content creator and influencer ecosystem and can identify relevant profiles for a brand.
- You can share examples of TikTok or social content you have personally created, ideally with demonstrated performance.
- You are comfortable both shooting and editing content yourself and briefing or coordinating creative and digital agencies.
- You are proficient in Canva; experience with Photoshop and/or InDesign is a plus.
- You are organised and able to manage an editorial and content calendar proactively.
- Previous experience within a creative agency, luxury, fashion, beauty, design or lifestyle environment is a plus.
- You are fluent in French and English.
