A leading international logistics provider is seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Executive to support the continued growth of its Air & Ocean Freight business across Catalonia and the Valencian Community.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, and integrated supply chain solutions.

Working closely with operations, pricing, and product teams, you will create customer-focused logistics solutions that drive value for clients while supporting the company's ambitious growth plans across the Iberian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across Barcelona, Valencia, and the surrounding regions.
- Identify, target, and win new Air & Ocean Freight customers.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across importers, exporters, and multinational organisations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design through to negotiation and closing.
- Develop tailored logistics solutions aligned to customer supply chain requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, customs, and product teams to secure new business opportunities.




- Represent the business at customer meetings, trade events, and industry networking functions.
- Deliver consistent revenue, volume, and gross profit growth.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience selling Air & Ocean Freight solutions within the Spanish market.
- Strong background in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Commercially minded with a strong hunter mentality.
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing complex sales processes and strategic customer opportunities.
- Strong understanding of international transportation, forwarding, and customs solutions.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Preferred Experience

- Existing network of customers across Catalonia, Valencia, and the wider Iberian logistics market.
- Experience selling Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, and value-added supply chain solutions.
- Exposure to sectors such as Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Industrial Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Technology.
- Experience working within a multinational freight forwarding environment.
- Knowledge of key import/export gateways through Barcelona and Valencia ports.
