Job Description: Ecommerce Specialist

Your mission

As an Ecommerce Specialist, working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, you will manage e-commerce activities across Website, App and Zalando to drive online sales and deliver the best customer experience.

Your responsibilities

- Support the growth of our ecommerce business across Website, App and Zalando.
- Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, including promotions, newsletters and website content.
- Support the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns together with the local media agency.
- Monitor business and KPIs performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Retail, Digital and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.




- Contribute to new ecommerce projects and continuously improve the online customer experience.

What we're looking for

- Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing and customer experience.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics (Marketing Cloud and CoreMedia are a plus).
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or online operations is a plus.
- Dutch speaker

It's a plus if you

- Speak French in addition to English.
