We are looking for a Data Analyst (4 years of experiencie) to work as a Data Hub Business Analyst and Initiative Owner in Brussels. This hybrid assignment requires 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

- Drive business analysis from ideation through delivery.
- Develop business cases and co-create requirements.
- Continuously improve solutions in line with evolving business needs.
- Analyze and map data flows, user roles, and usage.
- Identify data issues and define target solutions and use cases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and subject-matter experts to validate requirements.
- Align business and development teams.
- Maintain requirements traceability for impact analysis.
- Translate business needs into conditions for product, performance, and UAT testing.
- Support data architecture design, solution validation, and prototype quality reviews.
- Facilitate testing, change management, and report and dashboard creation.




- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Must-Have Requirements

- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods is required.
- Knowledge of IT testing is required.
- A good understanding of big data, Business Intelligence, reporting, and dashboarding is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Proficiency in SQL querying is required.
- An understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and the MVP mindset, is required.
- Strong experience with requirements management is required.
- Proven project management skills are required.
- A good understanding of workflow processes is required.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Dutch AND French.
- English proficiency.
